Cancellation & Refund Policy

Overview

AirFlute Technologies believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. This policy outlines the conditions under which cancellations and refunds are processed for PATAMDE services.

Cancellation Eligibility

You may request cancellation of a subscription or service purchase under the following conditions:

  • •Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 15 days of placing the order
  • •However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping them
  • •AirFlute Technologies does not accept cancellation requests for perishable items like flowers, eatables etc. However, refund/replacement can be made if the customer establishes that the quality of product delivered is not good
  • •In case of receipt of damaged or defective items please report the same to our Customer Service team within 15 days of receipt of the products

Refund Conditions

Refunds are processed subject to the following conditions:

  • •In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 15 days of receiving the product
  • •The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision
  • •In case of complaints regarding products that come with a warranty from manufacturers, please refer the issue to them

Refund Process

Once a refund is approved, it will be processed within 6-8 business days. The refund will be credited to the original payment method. For UPI and wallet payments, refunds typically appear within 3-5 business days. For credit/debit card payments, it may take up to 10 business days depending on your bank.

Exceptions & Quality Issues

In case of any quality issues with our digital services:

  • •Damaged or defective items must be reported within 15 days
  • •Quality issues will be investigated by our Customer Service team
  • •Replacement or refund will be provided based on investigation results
