PATAMDE is primarily a digital platform providing AI-powered educational services. As a digital service, most of our offerings are delivered electronically through our website and mobile application. This policy covers the delivery of both digital and any physical products or materials.
All digital services, including AI-generated quizzes, study materials, subscription features, and AI chat access, are delivered instantly through our platform upon successful purchase or subscription activation.
For any physical study materials, merchandise, or promotional items, delivery is handled through standard shipping partners. Delivery timelines vary based on location and will be communicated at the time of purchase.
Digital services are activated immediately upon successful payment. For physical products, standard domestic shipping takes 5-10 business days. Express shipping options may be available at additional cost. Delivery to remote areas may take additional time.
AirFlute Technologies is not liable for any delay in delivery caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or technical failures. For digital services, we guarantee 99.9% uptime and will provide appropriate compensation for extended outages.
For physical products, customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery addresses. AirFlute Technologies will not be liable for failed deliveries due to incorrect address information provided by the customer.
