By accessing and using PATAMDE (the "Service"), provided by AirFlute Technologies, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use the Service.

All content on PATAMDE, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and AI-generated content, is the property of AirFlute Technologies or its content suppliers and is protected by Indian and international copyright laws.

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that AI-generated quizzes, explanations, or chat responses will be 100% accurate. Users should verify important information independently.

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may temporarily suspend the Service for maintenance, updates, or due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

PATAMDE, the PATAMDE logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of AirFlute Technologies. You must not use such marks without prior written permission.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Churu, Rajasthan, India.

Some features of PATAMDE require a paid subscription. Payment terms, pricing, and usage limits are displayed on the subscription page. All payments are processed securely through our payment partner. Subscription fees are non-refundable except as stated in our Refund Policy.
