Follow the steps below to request deletion of your Patamde account
Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. All your data, progress, and purchases will be permanently deleted.
Launch the Patamde application on your device
Click on "More" button located at the bottom right side of the app
Click on "Profile" from the menu options
Click on the "Setting" tab in your profile
Scroll down to the last section of the settings page
You will see an "Account Deletion" button at the bottom
Click on the account deletion button and confirm your action
Account Deletion Request Submitted
Your request will be received and processed by our team
Verification & Confirmation
If needed, we will reconfirm your request via email or contact you through other registered contact modes
Account Deletion Completed
Your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted within 7-10 business days
Processing Time: 7-10 Business Days
The complete deletion process may take up to 7-10 business days from the confirmation date
